Machine description:

The basic machine consists of:

• stainless steel structure
• guards made of polycarbonate
• pre-heating treatment with steam
• centrifugal fan with filter for treatment with filtered air
• conveyor with pads for containers pick-up and overturning with gear motor controlled by frequency converter
• 2000mm-long infeed conveyor with stainless steel structure, driven by gear motor controlled by frequency converter. Chain made of acetylic resin.
• 2000mm-long outfeed conveyor with stainless steel structure, driven by gear motor controlled by frequency converter. Chain made of acetylic resin
• stainless steel electric control panel with low tension controls

Capacity: Max. speed 24.000 with 500cc containers depending on the size of the jars to be handled
