HISTORY

Company of Ing. Václav Kroupa develops and continues the business activities of the company Ing. Jiří Kroupa. These are two equivalent independent bodies that work closely on partnership principles. Company Ing. Jiří Kroupa represents important foreign companies in the food industry and has been providing contacts for Czech and Slovak customers since 1998.

The Danish company Cabinplant A/S is the world's leading supplier of tailor made solutions in the food processing industry. These are mainly processed vegetables, fruits, berries, meat, poultry, fish and convenience foods. Cabinlant owns a number of patents on its multihead weighers, which can also handle sticky, wet and other difficult products in high-capacity batches as well as several-pieces packages (eg weighing lines and packing of chicken products). Combined with multihead weighers, it can fill or insert various products into packaging such as trays, cans, cups, glass jars, etc. It can add spice, marinade or brine to each portion. It manufactures different types of blanchers and multi-purpose vegetable lines.

Belgian company FAM nv is one of the world's leading manufacturers of cutting machines for various kinds of vegetables, fruits, potatoes, cheese and meat. FAM machines offer cutting into cubes, strips and slices, both flat and crinkle cut, V-cut, Julienne cut or oval cut. Individual machines vary according to their capacity and product specification. Machines are well-known by their durability and cut quality.
