Machine description:
The machine is used for stone and berry fruit processing (chopping or separation of the pits, shells etc. from the usable product), like strawberries, cherries, raspberries, apricots, peaches, plums, as well as for apple type fruit like: apples, pears, quinces, etc., which should to be previously triturated. The machine is also suitable for different vegetables like tomato’s, carrots, beetroot, etc., also with previously required processing of product.
If only stone separation (or any other single operation is required) the machine is delivered as one stage machine, with corresponding perforation, suitable for hard fruit particles separation, usually 2=6 mm. If fine pulp is required, very fine perforation is recommended (up to 0,4 mm), where it is possible to separate very fine fruit particles. Final pulp is collected in collection vessel, and by pump transported to further processing (this is not standard delivery extent).
Built in sieves are produces with following perforations: 0,5 / 0,6 / 0,8 / 1 / 1,5 / 2,0 / 2,5 / 3,5 / 4 / 6 / 8 mm. Base machine is equipped with one chosen perforation. Some products require previous processing (for dog rose berry blanching is required, for carrots and beetroot blanching and trituration, as well as for quinces, etc.).
Capacity: 100 - 200 kg/h, depending on the type of the products, ripeness and sensitivity of chopping.
