Machine description:

By means of a suction disc the dispenser picks up trays one by one from a magazine placed above and positions them on conveyor or step conveyor placed underneath. A magazine is available for each lane. The magazine format set is easily replaceable by another format set for other tray dimensions.

The tray dispenser consists of:

• one or more chassis/frames
• one or more tray magazines - exchangeable for different tray dimensions
• one pneumatically operated tray separator flap to ensure release of one tray at a time
• Vacuum-operated discs placed on a pneumatic tray removal cylinder for each tray magazine

Operation:

The stacked conical trays (paper, aluminum or plastic) are separated, released and distributed one by one by means of pneumatically operated vacuum discs. The separated trays are dropped at the feeding position of the required machine. An electronic sensor detects the stack height and signals the time for refilling trays into the tray magazine.

Capacity: up to 40 pcs/ min. for 1 lane
