Machine description:

By means of a sucking disc the dispenser picks up lids one by one from an above magazine and places them on the filled cups standing on below conveyor or step conveyor. The dispenser has a magazine for each lane. The magazine format set can be replaced by another format set for other lid dimensions. Can be integrated with Cabinplant automatic buffer system for plastic lids.

Operation system: vacuum sucking disc placed on pneumatic cylinder

Capacity: up to 40 pcs/ min. for 1 lane
