Machine description:
The product is fed to the drum by means of conveyor or vibrator! Hereafter, the product passes a number of spray nozzles while being tumbled inside the drum. After the product exits the drum, the product dwells on an integrated hardening table. The glazing drum is manufactured in food-approved polyethylene to prevent the product from sticking to the surface! It is equipped with adjustable speed and the drum is angled to achieve the wanted dwell time inside the drum! A number of spray nozzles are placed inside the drum to spray the glazing medium on the product. The nozzles are controlled by the control panel to achieve an exact flow rate by pulsation. The product is fed to an integrated hardening table or belt after the drum.
