The machine is consisting of:

• Four-column structure for full pallet lifting
• Layer pusher featuring motorized bar
• 2 layer-pad grip unit with pneumatic motion
• Layer-discharge conveyor with mesh belt in plastic material
• One full pallet central conveyor featuring 3 motorized chains
• Operator platform in painted metal
• Perimetric safety fences
• Electric installation as per CE regulations

Capacity: 5 layers/ min

Operation:

The operator places the pallet at the machine infeed and manually removes the protective film. Then he/she presses the confirmation button. The pallet is automatically transferred into the machine lifted. The layer is automatically pushed to the discharge conveyor by a motorized bar or box-type translator. The layer-pad is removed manually by the operator or, as an option, by an automatic layer-pad removing system. At outfeed the depalletized containers are aligned in a single row by an aligner, supplied as a option.
