Machine description:

Cleaning machine GG75 is suitable for cleaning of empty containers. It can be equipped with air, steam, water treatments, which can be combined together. The choice of treatments depends on the product, the containers and the customer's requirements.

The basic machine consists of:

• stainless steel structure
• guards made of polycarbonate
• centrifugal fan with filter for treatment with filtered air
• conveyor with pads for containers pick-up and overturning with gear motor controlled by frequency converter
• infeed and outfeed conveyor with stainless steel structure, driven by gear motor controlled by frequency converter. Chain made of acetylic resin.
  
• stainless steel electric control panel with low tension controls

Capacity: Max. speed 12.000 with 500cc containers
