Machine description:

By vibration the Cabinplant vibratory rotary filler can fill products, difficult to fill, into many kinds of packing materials (e.g. cans, glass jars or PET containers). By a multihead weigher the product is distributed to the individual filling stations, and the use of vibration ensures that the products are filled into the containers, safely and efficiently. The vibratory rotary table is available with 9, 14, 18 or 24 filling stations to match specific needs for speed and volume.

Capacity: 90 – 240 pcs/min. depending on type of vibratory rotary filler

Functionality:

• Continuous filling of products coming from a dosing unit, e.g. a multihead weigher, into packing materials
• Ajustable vibration of packing materials during filling
• Feeding and discharge star wheels for correct placement in the vibratory rotary filler
• Stand-alone electrical control system or integrated with CabinControl
