Linear capping machine GG100
The automatic linear capping machine GG100, manufactured in stainless steel, can close jars and/or bottles with metal caps type: Regular, Medium, Deep Twist-Off, Pry-Twist, Pry-Off. The capping machine is supplied with cap feeder to be installed directly on the machine or on the floor depending on production output required.

Machine description:
Capping operation executed in a saturated steam chamber with high vacuum in the container. And with constant vacuum value. Equipped with the suitable optional sets of change parts,
The basic machine is composed of:
- Lower structure made of stainless steel
- Stainless steel collection tank under the working area
- Upper head made of stainless steel
- Stainless steel telescopic columns with height adjustment
- Cap chute with preheating by steam
- Cap slip-off unit
- Stainless steel steam distribution unit
- Motorized screwing unit and cap closing by screwing and/or pressure belts
- Cap lack sensor to stop the machine, programmable from 1 to 10
- Belt lubrication unit
- Brackets unit for container tightening and centering
- 3.500mm-long stainless steel conveyor belt. Direct transfer at infeed and outfeed with contact between the chains. Motorized by gear motor controlled by frequency converter
- Doors closing with safety micro switches
- Stainless steel electric control cabinet with low-voltage controls and PLC.
Capacity: max. speed 12.000 cph with RTO Ø 38mm cap size
