Machine description:
Automatic magnetic palletizer and depalletizer UNI 400 – UNI 450 consists of:
- Layer transfer central structure made of painted carbon steel featuring vertical and horizontal motions
- Pick-up head with permanent magnets and stainless steel separation sheeting
- Motorized Intralox-type mesh conveyor
- Pallet conveyors featuring motorized rollers
- Perimetric safety fences complying with CE regulations
- Electric installation complying with CE regulation
Capacity: up to 2, 2 layers per minute
Options:
- Automatic pallet magazine
- Automatic layer-pad pick-up and placement system
- Layer-pad magazine
- Container aligner (at depalletizer discharge)
