Machine description:
Automatic carton and pack palletizer with low level loading consisting of:
- Double-column structure for layer loading/unloading platform lifting.
- Layer-squaring unit
- Layer translator with pushing trolley horizontally moving on rack.
- Layer translator with pushing bar lifting.
- Pack-spacing device at infeed, with double belt.
- Two pack separation units
- Perimetric safety fences as per CE regulations
- Electric installation as per CE regulations
- One palletization program
Capacity: 4 layers/minute
Option:
- Automatic pallet magazine
- Automatic layer-pad placement
- Double/triple infeed for high speed requirements
