Machine description:
Palletiser for cartons with low-level loading and pallet at floor level, consisting of:
- Double-column structure for layer loading/unloading platform lifting.
- Safety block with pneumatic activation
- Loading/unloading platform with retracting plane.
- Layer back block with pneumatically operated bar
- Layer pusher with pushing guide controlled by pneumatic cylinder
- Perimetric safety guards complying with CE regulations (Class 2)
- Control system with mini PLC.
Capacity: 10/15 cartons per minute
Option: Row preformation at infeed with motorised rollers
