Machine description:

The total packing solution is a 3in1 line for flexible portion sizes and multiple types of packaging. E.g., 3 different types of packaging can be handled on the same line.

• Stationary portion packing in tray
• Side-by-side packing on flight
• Direct filling in tray

The line and the MHW are controlled from a 15” touch screen with pre-determined recipes and settings, providing a perfect overview of the line. Ergonomic design offering operators the lowest possible lifting and reaching height.

No condensation, e.g. water dripping from platforms; no noise from machines placed above operators. Line and control are prepared for denester and magazine buffer for denester (see other Cabinplant machines)

Capacity: 40 – 50 trays per min., depending on product and portion size
